NEW APPLICATIONS

Create an Account: All new students must create an application account. This includes:

New enrollees at CVCA or CVCA Sonora

MLAJA students transitioning to CVCA Sonora (Grades 9-11) must enroll as new students

District Code: CN-CA
-

Verify Your Email: Check your email for a FACTS verification link to activate your account.

Log In: Use your selected username and password to access your account.

Complete the Application

Enter the required student information.

Under "Apply to Grade", select the appropriate grade level.

Submit Your Application: Admissions will contact you for additional information or to schedule an evaluation with the homeroom teacher.

Once your student has been admitted or if you are a returning student needing to re-enroll for the upcoming school year, follow these directions below.

FOR NEW FAMILIES YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACCOUNT MADE FOR YOUR APPLICATION BUT THIS WILL BE YOUR PERMANENT ACCOUNT. Returning families can log in with their existing information.

Follow the instructions and submit the completed enrollment packet online.

Grades and cumulative files from previous school (CVCA can request those on your behalf with a signed form)

Copy of birth certificate

Copy of vaccination record

Physical

Optional: TB test within in the last four years
