Are you enrolling a new student at CVCA?

Read these steps first and then click on the button below.

Create an account and submit the application along with recent grades (the application will provide a place to upload those) and a referral for students in grades 5-12 (the application will ask for that information)

Families will be contacted by Admissions for further information or to set-up an evaluation with the homeroom teacher.

ENROLL
Once your student has been admitted to CVCA or if you are a returning student needing to re-enroll for the upcoming school year, follow these directions below.

Click “Enroll / Re-enroll / Additional Student”

FOR NEW FAMILIES YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACCOUNT MADE FOR YOUR APPLICATION BUT THIS WILL BE YOUR PERMANENT ACCOUNT. Returning families can log in with their existing information.

Click “Apply / Enroll”

Click “Enrollment / Reenrollment”

Follow the instructions and submit the completed enrollment packet online.

The following items are required to complete registration and can be submitted to the office in person or via email:

Grades and cumulative files from previous school (CVCA can request those on your behalf with a signed form)

Copy of birth certificate

Copy of vaccination record

Physical
-
Optional: TB test within in the last four years
