APPLY

Are you enrolling a new student at CVCA?

​

  1. Read these steps first and then click on the button below.

  2. Create an account and submit the application along with recent grades (the application will provide a place to upload those) and a referral for students in grades 5-12 (the application will ask for that information)

  3. Families will be contacted by Admissions for further information or to set-up an evaluation with the homeroom teacher.

ENROLL
Once your student has been admitted to CVCA or if you are a returning student needing to re-enroll for the upcoming school year, follow these directions below.
 

  1. Read these steps first and then click on the button below.

  2. Click “Enroll / Re-enroll / Additional Student” 

  3. FOR NEW FAMILIES YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACCOUNT MADE FOR YOUR APPLICATION BUT THIS WILL BE YOUR PERMANENT ACCOUNT.  Returning families can log in with their existing information. 

  4. Click “Apply / Enroll”

  5. Click “Enrollment / Reenrollment”

  6. Follow the instructions and submit the completed enrollment packet online.

The following items are required to complete registration and can be submitted to the office in person or via email: 

 

  1. Grades and cumulative files from previous school (CVCA can request those on your behalf with a signed form)

  2. Copy of birth certificate

  3. Copy of vaccination record 

  4. Physical

  5. Optional: TB test within in the last four years 

  6. Registration fee
